“The hotel was nice and accommodating for a family to stay at. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had lots of options. The pool was nice but seemed overly chlorinated. The bathroom could of used some additional cleaning as there seemed to be mold on the ceiling and around the shower. We also were not informed that our room would not get cleaned unless upon request at the time of check in so that is maybe something that should mention prior or at……

“Pro: The room was very nice. Check-in and checkout easy and quick. Bath and tap water were immediately warm, however, I was unable to get cold water (any which way the handle was turned) for my water bottle. Con: There didn't seem to be free breakfast service with the room charge of $164 + tax. But there is a small restaurant next to the lobby with a competitively priced menu. Neutral: Near the lobby there's no elevator and upon entering door B with baggage, I saw no elevator up and down the……

“What a great experience we had at this hotel at this hotel in every way. There was a minor problem with our role when we checked in. The front desk went way above and beyond to accommodate our needs and get us into rooms that would work. We are very happy this all worked out. On a sidenote, the free breakfast here was easily one of the best I’ve ever had, free or paid for! Top scores in every category, thanks to everyone at this hotel”
