“Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean but smelled like someone had been smoking in it. No mattress cover on the bed, mattress was old and dirty looking. Carpet in the hallway was stained and there were holes in the walls. the smoke detector in our room was hanging by the wires. Shower door was hard to open and once open, hard to close. “What a great experience we had at this hotel at this hotel in every way. There was a minor problem with our role when we checked in. The front desk went way above and beyond to accommodate our needs and get us into rooms that would work. We are very happy this all worked out.
