“There are so many issues with this place that I don't even know where to start. Our room was not ready until about 5:30. We stayed on a Thursday night and they said that the room wasn't clean. The hotel was pretty empty, so they must not clean the rooms until late in the week. Gross!! We we went there three times to check in and finally at 5:30 the person at the front desk said she thought it was clean. It wasn't! There was still someone in there when we went to the room. “Pro: The room was very nice. Check-in and checkout easy and quick. Bath and tap water were immediately warm, however, I was unable to get cold water (any which way the handle was turned) for my water bottle. Con: There didn't seem to be free breakfast service with the room charge of $164 + tax. But there is a small restaurant next to the lobby with a competitively priced menu.
