“This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay. ”

“We came to the area to see a play at the chanhassen dinner theater. The whole area feels safe, lots to do.”

“the room was very clean -the bed was very comfortable. All was neat and tidy. However, the bathroom needs some grab bars or some type of support in the shower/tub - the tile is pretty but has nothing to hold onto - i.e. grab bar etc. Dangerous for folks who may have some unsteadyness or a bit unstable on their feet etc. especially when stepping in or out of the tub/shower. ”
