Truly a caring man who loves helping people. Every person who walked by during our interaction was asked how their room was. He told me when live music starts. Just amazing. Thank you, sir. ”

“For designated rooms, there was covered parking. You only needed to tap your room key rather than slide it to enter. The room upkeep was outstanding--no scuff marks anywhere, and the furniture was in good condition. The walk-in, lighted closet next to the immaculate bathroom was a plus. A full-length window looked down on the courtyard and across to the mountains. I was impressed that the maids had nice uniforms; the staff was gracious. We came to enjoy the pool which was beautifully……
