“Great experience, firm bed, clean rooms, friendly staff, the airport shuttle is on demand, took less than 10 minutes to pick me up from the airport in the afternoon; was ready to go back at 3:30am faster than I could get my coffee ready in the lobby. 10 out of 10 will stay again when I am in the areas ”

“This was my first stay at the Williams Inn and I found it the coziest hotel I've stayed at! The furnishings are lovely and the lobby area very inviting (especially in the winter when the fire is always going). There's also - unfortunately, I didn't discover this until the end of my stay - a little nook area off to the side with books, games, and complimentary fruit water. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom and shower were mostly clean except for some black spots near the bottom of one……

“不建议入住该酒店，宁可选择机场附近其他酒店。原本网上预订一间双人间，后来由于预算改变，删除原订单后重新预订2间单人间。而实际上等我们到达后，前台服务员拿过预订人的护照就给了一间双人间，未做任何解释，由于提前预订较久，因此当时未能想起更改订单为2间单人间。同行共4人，前两人办完入住，后头我们办理，两个人都在却只拿了我的护照，期间问及店员是否需要另外的护照，明确告知不需要。入住期间也未及时提醒告知还有一间。等核对银行账单时发现被重复扣除了2笔不等额的金额，好订网积极帮助我去交涉，但对方咬定说去的时候另一间在打扫，我自己提出要求要双人间。前提条件是我们由于飞机晚点，当天达到酒店都是晚上7点以后了。由此可见，由于店员确认订单失误，以为我们入住一间双人间，但事后又发现订单对不上，然后就擅自扣除我信用卡中的……

“Everything was clean, quiet, nice hot water. sauna was great, pool too cool for me,but looked clean and some people went in. The hot tub was broken,due to vandalism. The owner was very nice. Breakfast excellent, great coffee”
