“This was my first stay at the Williams Inn and I found it the coziest hotel I've stayed at! “不建议入住该酒店，宁可选择机场附近其他酒店。原本网上预订一间双人间，后来由于预算改变，删除原订单后重新预订2间单人间。而实际上等我们到达后，前台服务员拿过预订人的护照就给了一间双人间，未做任何解释，由于提前预订较久，因此当时未能想起更改订单为2间单人间。同行共4人，前两人办完入住，后头我们办理，两个人都在却只拿了我的护照，期间问及店员是否需要另外的护照，明确告知不需要。入住期间也未及时提醒告知还有一间。等核对银行账单时发现被重复扣除了2笔不等额的金额，好订网积极帮助我去交涉，但对方咬定说去的时候另一间在打扫，我自己提出要求要双人间。前提条件是我们由于飞机晚点，当天达到酒店都是晚上7点以后了。由此可见，由于店员确认订单失误，以为我们入住一间双人间，但事后又发现订单对不上，然后就擅自扣除我信用卡中的……
