“Everything in this property seemed new. It was very clean and smelled nice. There were extra towels, pillows & blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. On check out, we did not need to do anything which was really nice. We have stayed in other properties in which we needed to take out the trash, put towels in the laundry, etc. It was great to be able just to go on the last day. The location was close to Price Chopper, and many restaurants. ”

“My boyfriend and I came to Albany for a concert and chose this rental as it offered great parking and was within walking distance to the venue. Linda offered an amazing stay with a very clean environment. The only downside that we experienced was the bed is quite squeaky, getting up to use the restroom in the middle of the night was quite loud. But overall would recommend this property! We would love to stay again next time we are in Albany! ”

“Convenient and nice 15 minute walk to mvp arena. Has everything one really needs except a nearby grocery store within walking distance but plenty within a 10 minutes drive. Seemed relatively safe. Stayed three nights. Internet seemed to lag at times so maybe it's capped? ”

Huge apt - well more than needed for one night … clean and has everything you would need to stay longer including laundry and full kitchen. Little hot bc only has window AC units as it’s an old art deco building. Close driving to my resorts and things to do in zbershired”

“This apartment was perfect for our stay in Troy to visit the city and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. It’s clean and well equipped and Tanyana is an excellent host. One note on the parking, we got a $50 ticket issued at 4:30AM on Tuesday. We were parked pretty much in front of the building entrance under a sign that clearly indicated parking was OK after 5:00PM. Turns out there’s a sign further down the block that prohibits parking early Tuesday and Thursday morning for street cleaning……

“Really cute and cozy space. Parking lot was easy, right next to the building. Very clean and close to everything in downtown! Brought my dog and it was convenient with the yard and being able to walk him around. The neighborhood is a little sketch, but nothing super crazy. Would book here again!”
