“Clean and well kept, quiet property, one block to the beach. We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend, and location was great for us. It was easy walk to the West Beach, fireworks/festivities. Little longer but relatively easy walk to State Street as well. Nice pool area as well.”

“I needed a place to stay for a night after taking a family member to their UCSB orientation, and this was one of the somewhat cheaper places. Wasn't looking for anything fancy. This place was perfect! I loved that there is a restaurant on site, so I didn't have to leave once I arrived. The room was quiet, spacious for just me and the staff, including the cleaning staff, were all wonderful people. I look forward to staying there again.”
