“On previous trips to Santa Barbara we’ve stayed closer to the beach, but for this mother/daughter trip with an independent teen I wanted to be close enough to Street street for my daughter to browse shops while I worked. “This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara! We were within walking distance from State Street where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The house itself is in very comfortable and well equipped! The garden area in the back is just delightful! We would definitely stay here again if in Santa Barbara. Dawn was a great host and left lots of ideas for places to go and eat.”

“I actually thought (based on the pictures) it was just one bedroom and the futon in the living room as the "second" bedroom. But I was pleasantly surprised to have two full bedrooms with King sized beds. Cute property, I really loved that the unit was over the carport, so we didn't have to worry about my toddler stomping around. Bathroom and beds were clean. “We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“Overall, we loved our stay here. The communication from the property team was a little confusing. They told us they have laundry machines on property but when we arrived we found out that wasn’t true. Also the large outdoor dining space is shared. We wish we knew that before. We definitely stay here again though! ”

"We were arranged to room for disable because we doesn’t want to stay in 2nd floor due to lots of luggage. The room was spacious, has microwave and fridge but with very bad smell from the linens and the air condition. "

" I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you."
