“This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.”

“Nice stay in Santa Barbara. Villa is nicely located within walking distance to everything. Very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood seemed quiet. Parking spaces were present but were a little hard to get in and out but did workout once I got the hang of it. ”

“Family came out for graduation weekend and found this beautiful home with an ocean view to be an incredible value. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was a must and then throw in a beautiful setting with plenty of room to be together as well as several decks/patios for time to oneself. My MiL couldn't get over the lush foliage. Feels very private without feeling isolated.Only regret is not having at least one day of nothing planned as it was a busy commencement weekend and this home would be great for quiet……

“We had a lovely stay at the home. The location is great - an easy walk to the beach or to shops/restaurants. The home is really beautiful but does have some quirks - to be expected perhaps with an older home. There is very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom, so everyone ended up showering in the first floor bathroom. The upstairs bed was quite firm. The wooden stairs are beautiful but very slippery. Our stay included not one, but two, slips down the stairs - one in socks and one……
