“This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.”

“We had a fabulous February stay in the Castillo Villas during our Santa Barbara trip. We traveled with our high school daughter. We found the property very convenient to the downtown area and walked back and forth, even at night without concern. The Villas are located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a comfortable king bed and an it’s own updated bathroom. Our daughter used the hall bathroom but it was just as nice as our attached bathroom. We loved the open and……

“This property is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could want in terms of luxurious amounts of space and convenience. Our experience with the pool- all the toys and the shallow shelf on one end- was a delight. Our 18 month old and three year old could play safely without having to be held every moment. We would love to return. ”

“Nice stay in Santa Barbara. Villa is nicely located within walking distance to everything. Very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood seemed quiet. Parking spaces were present but were a little hard to get in and out but did workout once I got the hang of it. ”

“We knew the pictures showed lots of outdoor living space, but that back yard was better than expected! We had a "birder" in our group and he was thrilled by all the activity. We at every meal al fresco. The house itself was cute and fun. Our only complaint (might be an age thing) was that the beds only came with a comforter - no flat (top) sheets. For us, it was either too hot or too cold ... hard to get comfortable. ”
