“Gorgeous property with lush gardens and outside seating areas. We found the suite to be perfectly maintained, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was close to good restaurants, hiking and easy access to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Check in and out was efficient and easy and the host was very thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely return!!”

“Stayed here for five nights with my family including two older kids and a toddler and it was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos: in great condition, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and some nice extras. The king size bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the older kids loved their bunk beds. There's a unit above the rental but that was never an issue, the soundproofing was really good and the other guests all……

“This was the perfect location! So easy to get to the 101 and get in and out of Santa Barbara. If you need or want a lower key day, this spot is within walking distance to cute little spots in Summerland. Natty was extremely communicative and helpful. They sent a really beautiful guide with helpful tips and info if you don’t know the area. “We were planning to stay in downtown Santa Barbara but fell in love with the photos of this property and opted to stay in Summerland instead - we are so lucky we did!
