“The Laiste apartment that I stayed in was relatively comfortable and relatively clean. The building has a bit of a sketchy feeling, not that you are unsafe, it's just not nice. Definitely a budget location, but the price was more than I think it should have been. It is basically a residential area with a couple of buildings converted to these "hotel / apartments".
