“Pros: Room is very spacious and clean. Common areas also nice and generally I enjoyed a quiet atmosphere. Staff is nice, food is good. Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride). The quality of bed linens and towels is not great, they should improve them. The one day I used the pool, which is big and pretty, the water was not clean. ”

“Tv channel was terrible, breakfast service not good enough, most times was problem with water, electricity and wify, the staff were friendly”

“The hotel was very simple, and only provided bed and breakfast. This was fine as there were a lot of walkable options for meals out. It was very close to a supermarket, and it was a convenient place to stay. The receptionists were helpful, especially Orlando and Daniel who helped us order a takeaway of local food. I was looking for a place with ac and a pool and this hotel ticked all the boxes. I would definately plan to stay there again, as we hope to be back next year with family ”

ABER: wir haben nachweislich ein Comfortzimmer (22m2, Terrasse) zu einem Sonderpreis gebucht (not refundable) Dass die Unterkunft 15€ weniger von Expedia bekommen hat, als wir bezahlt haben, ist nicht unser Problem. Jedenfalls weigerte sich der Patron uns das gebuchte Zimmer zu geben. Er wollte uns in eine 14m2 Kammer „abschieben“. Oder wir sollen das Hotel am besten verlassen. Nach……

“das personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine familiäre atmosphäre! das frühstück war gut. der poll war immer sauber. das zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles funktionierte bestens, auch das wifi! die umgebung habe ich als absolut sicher empfunden und mit nur 10 min fussmarsch bis zum markt werte ich die lage als sehr gut, da es trotz der zentralen lage sehr ruhig ist. ich würde sofort wieder kommen!!! danke für alles, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!!!”
