“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described in the listing and the home was very close to the beach. Will be staying here again.”

“It was a beautiful property and gorgeous condo. The view is beautiful. Perfect for 4 adults and a toddler. We really liked the extra sand toys left in the cabinet! Washer and dryer in the unit was also very convenient. The only thing not really posted in the listing is that this is an umbrella only beach. We usually bring a canopy and they aren’t allowed. Other than that this place was great! Would definitely come back!”

“The property manager did an excellent job in communicating with us despite problems we experienced with the heat not working on the bottom floor. They worked diligently in trying to get the issue resolved, to include providing extra blankets and portable heaters to remedy or alleviate the issue.”

“You get what you pay for with the view and location alone! Perfect spot, safe neighborhood, private beach. We did have a few issues with the condo. There was mold/mildew on the vents in the ceiling and we also found cockroaches. Now…I did reach out to the host and had amazing communication as well as them sending out maintenance to clean the vent area and lay roach traps. There were little things I did not report as I didn’t want to bother the host, such as the ceiling fan in the living room is……

“Totally unacceptable policy of check out time of 9:00am! The normal check out time for other similar units and properties in the area is 11:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm and the only way to extend the check out time was an additional fee (not even a full day). Completely inflexible when they acknowledged there was no one checking in the same day as my departure. Will never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again.”
