“We stayed at Topside for one evening on our way down thru Maine. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it, starting with our welcome greeting from the lovely Rebekah, welcome cocktail, view of the harbor, 3 minute walk to town, lovely rooms, happy hour snacks, easy to meet neighbors….. I will be making many trips back to Boothbay just to stay here again!!!”

“I thought the property was very quaint, loved the views from my deck overlooking the water. Every staff member greeted me every time I came across them. I feel they did a wonderful job getting the property up to par seeing how they had just opened for the season on 6/18/25!! Breakfast was delicious. ”

“We loved staying at the inn. The students who are working there were friendly and attentive - they obviously enjoy what they are doing as they study at the hospitality program. The setting on the bay and walking along the beach were idyllic. It’s a quick 15 min. drive to bustling downtown Portland. Waking up to the sunrise over the bay each day was inspiring. It’s a classic inn, not as modern (and sterile) as staying at one of the downtown hotels but the room was nice, the bed was very……
