“Great house not far from the Bowdoin campus! Loved our stay with friends. ”

The barn was a nice surprise - everyone enjoyed games of ping pong, cornhole, & basketball! The owner was attentive & responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed nearby attractions & restaurants. “My family is our daughter (who has Down Syndrome), my husband and myself. We stayed 9 days at the farm house while visiting our sons family in Richmond. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. My husband left early to return to work leaving our daughter and I at the house and we felt very safe. Everything you need is easy to find in the house. One idea to share is if you are coming to watch tv you might want to bring your fire stick to give you more options. However we did not……

“Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing.”

“It was a very nice house with a good view and everything in it worked as it should. My biggest complaint was that the living room smelled like dog urine BAD. I sprayed everything with some odor eliminator I found and after a couple days it was livable. Outside of that, the back patio lock is a bear & the king bed needs a new mattress but nothing is perfect so those are just notes, not complaints.”
