“I’m a stand up comedian and I had a show in Cohoes, so I needed a nice play to stay the night with my boyfriend. We were very pleased with our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff are extremely friendly & the place is very clean. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“When I arrived… the reception staff let me that a computer glitch was preventing guests from checking in. It was just past 3PM, and the line of arrivals was getting longer. The receptionist had no clue how long the computer issues would last. I decided to go to a fast food late lunch… when I returned to the hotel the problem had not been resolved. I was told to gather my luggage and meet a member of the staff at my room… and they would let me in… without a key… I was unable to leave the room………

“Property was very clean and seems new. Staff was very courteous and efficient. Rooms are nicely appointed though the coffee machine needs an upgrade”

“The room is dusty and not cleaned, toothpaste, toothbrush and shower gel are not prepared.”
