“Good for a quick stop”

“We stayed in the Copper Beech Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. It has its own screened-in porch which was wonderful to sit on at all times of the day. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. And the breakfasts were very good. Highly recommended! ”

“It was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and pillows comfy. Yard smaller tham pics show. Neighbors dog barking all hours hard to enjoy firepit. Bees annoying possibly a nest. Furniture not very comfortable. Owner communicative.”

“Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries.”

“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “Met a friend here after I had been camping/cycling the C&O from DC. Shower was great as were the facilities. Not too many places for a decent meal in town but we made do with the gas station pizza! ”

We also really appreciated that the dining table was large enough to seat all 7 of us comfortably, and that the beds all had nice foam mattresses on them and plenty of pillows. Beds are always a gamble in a vacation rental, but very important to a group of friends in their 30s, so we were delighted that they were comfortable, not squeaky, not wiggly, etc!
