“It was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and pillows comfy. Yard smaller tham pics show. Neighbors dog barking all hours hard to enjoy firepit. Bees annoying possibly a nest. Furniture not very comfortable. Owner communicative.”

Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries.”

“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “Met a friend here after I had been camping/cycling the C&O from DC. Shower was great as were the facilities. Not too many places for a decent meal in town but we made do with the gas station pizza! ”

We also really appreciated that the dining table was large enough to seat all 7 of us comfortably, and that the beds all had nice foam mattresses on them and plenty of pillows. “Loved the house! Smaller than what you see in the pictures presented however plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. Up on a hill so very nice view from the upper deck. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Road is a little rough when you get closer to the cabin but a car would have no problems unless there was snow..4×4 would most likely be needed. The only thing that I didn't like was there was firearm discharge nearby during the days I was there..I am an avid 2A supporter but prefer……
