“環境、房間都不錯，很適合看極光的地方，不過周遭沒有商家，建議入住前可以買點東西過去，避免晚上餓了沒東西吃。接待人員都很友善，很棒的住宿體驗”

“是自助check in 。但問題是有提供茶包和咖啡包，卻找不到「熱水」！房間也沒有熱水快煮壺！打電話也找不到飯店工作人員！留言也等不到任何回應！真的很生氣！後來給我撞見工作人員，問他一問三不知，說他是第一天上班，所以搞不清楚狀況！真是令人哭笑不得！也不知道熱水怎麼燒！ 後來我只好跟他講說請他想辦法給我弄一壺熱水到我房間，最後終於他弄來一壺熱水。 不錯的一點是，早餐還蠻豐盛的，算是彌補了我前一個晚上的不愉快”

“The room was nice, and the staff was super kind. The food was also one of the best we’ve had during our 12-day trip to Iceland. The jacuzzi was easy to operate, and a joy to relax in at the end of a long day. The perfect place for a 1-night sleep, although we would’ve stayed longer if we could. Only downside to our room was that it was impossible to get it dark during the longer summer days. It would’ve been great if there was a curtain to darken the room a bit more.
