“I don know about ghosts but there were unexpected angels at the Mizpah Hotel I ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and no one stopping—just me and my dog, Oliver, walking alone. Thankfully, a kind stranger picked us up and dropped us at the Mizpah Hotel, where Kate at the front desk immediately saw how shaken I was. She gave Oliver water and treats, helped me contact AAA, and made us feel completely safe and cared for. After more travel mishaps, I finally made it back……

“It is convenient if you need a place to stay when visiting family in Pahrump. It was clean and clear instructions for accessing the property. I did not find the furniture or beds to be particularly comfortable and the lighting situation was either dark or too bright. The kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pans and utensils for cooking, and even condiments in the fridge and cupboards. There is no access to a washer and dryer and there is a small list of chores they ask you to do before……
