“Great receptionist, great customer service all the way around”

“The hotel and room were very nice, it did feel clean. The beds were not very comfortable unless you like a super firm mattress. ”

“I recommend this property to anyone that needs a hotel in the Lafayette area. Very close to many restaurants and things to do. They have a small park next to it that’s very serene. I got the larger room and it was very very soacious. Can’t say enough good things about this property. ”

“The only problem is when we wash our hands or brush our teeth the bathroom sink take along time for the water to go down”

“It was sufficient for what we needed! The room felt like it had been renovated but not completely! There was a light outside our window and the curtains didn’t block it out There was nothing that was a turn off just a few “ not quite right’.”

“Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Detachable Shower head was set close to shower curtain. Awkward but manageable. Also every time door closed credenza drawers would open. Breakfast was ok”

“My stay was quite and clean ”

“Location is very convenient. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Desk staff had a sign up saying they’d be gone for 20 minutes when we needed sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. No signal at all with Verizon and the WiFi barely had a signal in our room that was all the way down the hall. ”

“If you arrange for a smoke free room it is clean and comfortable.”

“We arrived late in the evening to check in. We were told that there was no working television on the property. Was that okay with us? What choice did we have at that point? Our first room was dirty. We asked to be moved. Our second room was also dirty but not quite as bad. We had to ask for all new sheets and pillow cases before we would sleep in the bed. We asked to have the room cleaned the next day and they did a decent job. There was one staff that was very helpful. Her name was Mishayla……
