“The room was excellent. The facilities not so good. Laundry room - the Washing machine had black scum inside it - i needed to clean it before i used it. The drier had lint and hairs within it. The Starbucks arrangement for breakfast is a joke. This is not well communicated. It says on card "one hot entree" but you do not know what is available. The staff was friendly but not very forthcoming or engaging. on first morning i gave up and had a yoghurt, on second morning i tried again but lost……
