“Tina was very helpful and went above and beyond to do extra things to make sure we were comfortable. There are something’s that needed to be repaired (sliding lock on porch door and loose toilet seat) and the lighting in our room was so dim especially in the bathroom that when you pulled the shower curtain closed you were practically showering in the dark!. The setting is beautiful there! However, you are out in the country and it is a drive to get to local restaurants. ”

“It was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and pillows comfy. Yard smaller tham pics show. Neighbors dog barking all hours hard to enjoy firepit. Bees annoying possibly a nest. Furniture not very comfortable. Owner communicative.”

“Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries.”

“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “There was no one to greet me, tell me where to park, or which entrance to use. There was literally no one in the building. I did receive a text giving me door codes and which room I was assigned to. ”

“The property location was perfect in the hills of West Virginia we had a great time at nearby Berkeley Springs went to Harpers Ferry but parking was non-existent and you had to ride a bus to get there which we didn't feel like we should do with covid concerns.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin, especially the homey living room with the big fireplace. We also really appreciated that the dining table was large enough to seat all 7 of us comfortably, and that the beds all had nice foam mattresses on them and plenty of pillows. Beds are always a gamble in a vacation rental, but very important to a group of friends in their 30s, so we were delighted that they were comfortable, not squeaky, not wiggly, etc!
