“Nice stay ”

“The hotel was beautiful, the staff was top notch. The only issues we had was we booked a 2 queen room and the first room had a king. Then when we were given the correct room they didn’t switch it in their computer so we had maintenance walk into our room in the middle of the night. Lastly, I couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere.”

“Great room. Comfortable king bed and a pull out sofa. The cable and WiFi worked well. Hot water in the shower. The only complaint I can have is the cheap laminate floor made sticky sucking noises as you walked across the room.”

“Staff was great. Loved that it was dog friendly. Very close to University of South Florida. Did smell a lot of “smoking” in and around the building. ”

“We enjoyed our stay, needs some new fittings in this property. Elevators were too old and sounds risky. No microwave in the room and modern hotels do not arrange wash basin in the hotel room, this needs to go inside the bathroom. Coffee machine was too old. Overall great hotel but needs some interior adjustments. ”
