“Very clean hotel!!! Daily housekeeping was a pleasant welcome surprise as many hotels post Covid don’t offer this. Very comfortable room with sofa area !! Used washer and dryer, and fitness facilities . Due to springtime, outdoor pool not open but they have been refreshing it getting it ready for opening. ”

“Monique was awesome! I had a special request that was sensitive and she knew exactly how to handle it. She gave clear and concise instructions on my responsibilities and followed through on her promise. Thank you Monique, you made my worries go away! ”

“We checked in late in the evening and had to be in NYC by 7:00 am. No time to use the facilities. The restaurant was not open when we checked in before 7:00pm or checked out.”
