“Nice property and decent prices on food. Rooms are nice but the pillows are awful. I had to go and purchase pillows so ai could have a restful night. Lack of communication during check in. No one shared the cleaning of rooms process. Overall nice and clean ”

“I love the improvements in the rooms but hated the parking and how far it is to hike back up to your room in the rain.”

“It was a good stay and located like 5 minutes from the government center, where i needed to go. The only area of improvement was the fitness room, it had very limited equipment for the size of the hotel, Inwas expecting more.”

“My stay at the Smith House was great. Easy walk to the Dahlonega square, campus, and easy parking. Check in was quick and the room was clean with a nice bed and shower. I did not dine at the Smith House. With all that being said, the price per night was way too much for the stay, and i won't be staying here again unless it's a reasonable rate. Unfortunately there just aren't many options close to town.”

“W stay for 2 night.. but the checkin around 12am was a fast process. Got to the house snooze away . It was a great stay. I Will definitely be back.”

“The duck down room is lovely! Extremely clean and a very quiet/peaceful area. Plenty of room for dogs. The attached restaurant is also great! Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Thank you so much!”

“Check in was contact less and was excellent!! Easy and communication was timely and our room was even ready early. The bed was also one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. Would recommend 10/10”
