“The hotel locates at middle of the town so everything is in 5-10mins walk. It is also not far from train station and it is about 10-15 mins walk with luggage. The facilities is as expected and I can see part of the mountain at balcony. The staffs are very nice. They help us to find the car rental. “We booked the hotel and paid for everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it looked deserted with all doors shut, all lights off. We tried to ring the door bell without any response. Then we tried to call the hotel without an answer. Finally, we had to find another hotel nearby. There was no communication whatsoever prior to our arrival at the hotel about its temporary closure.”
