“Front desk staff and breakfast attendant were very nice. Hotel was spacious and clean. You can see it's an older hotel and may need some updates but it was fine. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Sheets too small.Other than a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, the only complaint I have is that they were installing a new roof on a Sunday at 7 am. I appreciate the update but not during the weekend at that hour. I hate it when hotels are under some construction and they……

“Friendly staff, very clean room, and quality breakfast buffet. Kudos for using refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. But they were installed in awkward locations and somewhat difficult to use. Would be a bigger problem for children or shorter adults. ”

“This was a unique trip and holiday for my adult daughter and me. The cabins were clean and exactly as described on their website. We participated in most of the events offered and enjoyed interacting with and learning about the exotic animals. The staff is very knowledgeable; we were educated on many aspects of nature and wildlife. We went horseback riding twice and found it challenging yet enjoyable. We plan on returning someday, so our stay was top-notch for two nature and animal lovers.”
