“Room was clean although there a couple of items that need repair. The closet door was sprung and would not remain closed. The convenience outlets on the night stand were loose and my phone charger would not plug in securely”

“Friendly staff and overall a nice hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that had a bad odour and was very cold as the window was wide open as it appeared the housekeeping staff was trying to air it out. The room also had tear in the carpet that the front desk staff didn’t seem to know about but thankfully they moved us to a much better room. Breakfast was good but staff member had the habit of closing things down before closing time, and one morning she was inconveniently……
