“We had a great 3-night, 4 day stay here! We arrived to town early. The staff were kindly received us and not only got us into our room but also surprised us with a welcome bag for our dog! It had a toy, poo bags, and snack! Our room was clean, bed was comfy and we had great service. The lady that cleaned our room checked with us everytime she saw us in the halls if we needed anything. “An honest take on my stay: Check in was really easy. Desk clerk was very polite and helpful Room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the bed and the breakfast. I slept well. Areas for improvement: The towels were very small and thin (I’m 6’5, and like bigger towels). Also, I would have liked to have a channel list available in the room to look at without having to search through the scrolling online guide. “We always stay at Residence Inn when we visit Temple, TX. This time we got settled in, and then found the shower only had cold water. We were given another room,and had to pack up and move to another room. We got settled in and then discovered there were holes in the curtains. We found a way to cover them and had a great stay after that. We will be back!”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok. There was a musty smell but after letting the air circulate for a bit it went away. The iron was not well maintained and would spit out deposits when I would use the steam function. The bed was comfortable. The tv didn’t work so I ended up just watching tv on my laptop. Overall the stay was ok.”
