“All of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most.……

“The staff was very friendly and helpful! The problems were equipment: the electronic key system was old and it took multiple tries to get door unlocked, or the door itself got stuck. This happened in the 3rd floor laundry. Also, the carafe for the coffee maker in the kitchenette in room 307 did not fit the pot so the water never entered the carafe but overflowed from the machine. ”

“Really clean and friendly staff. Only complaint was the height of the bed. I am 5’2” and I had to grab a handful of the bottom sheet and pull myself up in the bed. Once I got in the bed was very comfortable!!”
