“I like that the room was nicely put together, clean, and I felt like I was in a high dollar hotel for a low dollar price I was amazed at how fancy and nice the entire room was ”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful! The problems were equipment: the electronic key system was old and it took multiple tries to get door unlocked, or the door itself got stuck. This happened in the 3rd floor laundry. Also, the carafe for the coffee maker in the kitchenette in room 307 did not fit the pot so the water never entered the carafe but overflowed from the machine. ”
