“Clean hotel with tasty food and an amazing staff. Hacienda for breakfast is amazing and ToroToro for was delicious. John who works the evening tour at the front desk is the nicest man ever and very understandable and a great conversationalist. Perfect score across the board.”

“I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. ”
