“There are many homeless people in front of the hotel, and it feels unsafe to go out alone. Of course, the restaurants and shopping nearby are very convenient, which is the only advantage.”

“We stayed here twice on our Alaska trip and definitely the second room was much better! The first night we stayed in the basement floor and the room was definitely low grade. The shower was stopped up and the water would not drain and it was dirty! The second room was so much better and was very comfortable.”

“It was a good stay for one night. The room layout was a little strange and had a ton of windows, however the blackout curtains were not super effective and let in a lot of light. The morning breakfast was standard. Food was alright and the selections okay. The Staff were great, no complaints on them. ”
