“This hotel was beautiful. Definitely a nice surprise considering the mixed reviews we read before our stay. Although the interior was a bit outdated and in need of some renovations, the overall atmosphere of the hotel had a beautiful aesthetic that my fiancée and I both very much enjoyed. Our room was clean, and we were provided with plenty of towels and wash cloths. The shower situation was a bit disappointing, as we paid for a suite and had no shelves to store any hygiene products or anywhere……

“We had a lovely stay at the hotel from June 7-14. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent suggestions for exploring Buffalo. We appreciated the breakfast and shuttle service, as these amenities made our travel experience more convenient.”

“I love the staff the guy at the front desk was very nice and sweet. The room was nice and roomy the pool was clean the only complaint I had is about the jacuzzi which was not available on a weekend because it had to be cleaned. Why not clean it during the week because most people go on vacation on the weekends disappointed in that other than that or stay was beautiful!”

“Absolutely wonderful hotel with great service, location and amenities. We came down with bad head colds 2 days in and found the hotel to be very comfortable to rest. Only complaint, per se, was the TV. Struggles with the clicker and no true guide to find stations while stuck in bed. How about a written channel guide?”
