The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. I paid for extra breakfast but that was denied me by the hotel staff. That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. We asked for standard room n i booked that but some how the guy gave us a suite i didn't know there was nothing special about it to tell. They started harassing me about Expedia and that i didnt pay the bill. I had to contact Expedia. Remind you if they were having……
