“They don't have slippers even when asked at the lobby, no hot drinking water in the room, I had to go to the front desk and ask for it, then the lady gave me a cup of hot water. Shower curtain doesn't really work unless you use the rain shower. If using shower head, the water will splash everywhere.”

“Just a overnight stay with the family. Normally at scandic hotel the kids get a "drink" at checkin to spice things up but not here. Overall OK if you want a comfortable overnight. I am also memeber of the scandic and expedia gold and should be entiteled a coupon for something to purchase at the shop but this was not offered. ”
