“The check-in process is a bother. They ask that you download an app and use that for communication regarding cottage number and door code. So, you go through all those steps and await check-in information that doesn't arrive via the app, but through email. “It's near the hot spring spot yet I can't even open a suitcase in my room. For the room like this, it's rent is crazily high. There are cabinets in front of this guesthouse which seems much nicer. Nevertheless, it provides a nice living room but you have to climb up a super steep stairs to reach there.”

“預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。”
