She was also so kind and professional. I believe her name was Bernadette. Not sure of her name but she was wonderful. Our stay room was great too!”

“Always stay here when visiting family in the area. This summer I splurged on a suite with a balcony facing Cuyahoga Falls. It was outstanding! It was during the week and very quiet. Wanted to extend my stay but these suites were all booked for the weekend. The suite has two floors, with the bedroom, bathroom and small sitting room on the floor where you enter the suite. You take the internal stairs down to the large living/dining/kitchen space below, which is also where you access the balcony.……
