“Everything was amazing! Room was exceptionally clean. Everything was modern and new. Staff was amazing, especially Joy. Breakfast was good, served both hot and cold daily. The pool was a bit cold, but clean and had lengthy hours. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.”

“The Brown Street Inn was charming, and our hostess Sue was wonderful. Breakfasts were amazing both days we were there, and Sue is a wonderful hostess who made our stay extra special. My wife and I were there with my oldest friend and his partner, and we all had the best time. Thanks!”

“This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation……
