“首先要批評的是expedia, 接受訂房后，馬上經內地代理藝龍 elong收取全數房金，並傳email確認完成預定，到入住當天到酒店，前台服務員反映，他們酒店電腦系統記錄，房金並沒有傳給他們，要再給一次房金才可入住，還要本人直接連絡expedia解決問題，一直浪費兩個小時有多，最後都要再給一次房金才可入住，expedia傳短訊說給錢酒店之後會退回之前付的訂金，這次不快的經歷，使我在下次出行再不會使用expedia#*#@#”

“The front desk was rude. They could not find my reservation and strictly ask me to wait although I showed prepared receipt, finally I called the manager of hotel and explained, the room key was provided. Second day for breakfast, they did not find breakfast included again. The hotel is shared with other business and use a same elevator, access and exit was not safe. Overall, I suggest to improve the service.”

“When we check out.We never take the glass from room.Their charges us rmb40 and compulsory give tips rmb10 Actually i already put the tips on the bed but check out recepeition still need to costs me and without receipt”
