However, this is the only positive thing to be remarked upon in this regard. We booked two rooms and in one of them (15) we were utterly shocked to find out that the windows wouldn’t open. The air conditioner didn’t work properly either. There are no lifts in the entire building, therefore we needed to carry our own luggage to the rooms through the stairs. The……
