I explained that I self parked and was told there is nothing you can do about it that’s the fee. I said I am not paying it and got her to get the manager. The manager came out and immediately removed the charge. While removing the charge the person that told me she couldn’t do anything was arguing with the manager. “An amazing, boutique hotel! Friendly staff with a welcome drink and snacks upon arrival. The fit out is outstanding with attention to detail around every corner. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Glad we found this gem!”
