“There is a chain link fence surrounding the property that is not pictured in the photos, which surprised me a little upon arrival. There is also a trailer and some other miscellaneous items around the property within the fence that I’m assuming are the owners personal property. I was a little skeptical due to the above, but I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had no hot water issues, which I saw mentioned in other reviews.
