“Amazing stay for our family and the property managers were amazing at getting back to us anytime we had a question. This property is IMMACULATE and has EVERYTHING a family would need! The pool was such an amazing addition. Close proximity to Disney and better than any hotel stay a family could have! We will be back!!!!”

“The house had dirty utensils with jelly like substance on them in the clean drawer. This was very unsanitary with Covid cases on the rise. The check in process at the gate is horrible. Waited about an hour to get a pass to get in the resort. Horrible experience!”

“Overall a great stay. Other people are loud at night in upstairs condos but that’s to be expected. The pool area was great. The store on property was very helpful and well priced. They also have good pizza. My only complaint would be no storage in kids room. We had 4 kids with no place to put clothes. ”

“Wonderful townhouse near Disney. We actually evacuated there because of Hurricane Milton. Our host was awesome; as he was gracious to let us check in earlier that day. He also checked in frequently to make sure we were ok after the hurricane; as well when we returned home to St. Pete. We will definitely be back for a real vacation visit! ”

“Lovely house but a bit tired, things in the house didn't work, no welcome sheet detailing Wifi, trash days etc. Took 4 days for Nova Vacations to reply to my emails/messages/texts to try and get help/info/repairs. ”

“Property looked nice and clean. It wasn’t very spacious as I thought it would be from the pictures online. Also saw big dead bugs in the room. None was alive so I guess the issue was resolved before I got there. The walls are kind of thin I could hear people moving about at night and car doors opening and closing. It’s a vacation spot so I expected some noise. The property owner was very nice and communicated very clearly. I would stay again in the future. ”
