“就在學校內，地點非常方便，房間非常乾淨舒適! 從大廳搭電梯需要爬樓梯，拿行李時覺得有些不便。”

“The staff was super helpful and helped with a billing issue. The faucet in our room was turned off for cold water due to leakage that didn’t get fixed till the time we were there but other than that, there were no issues”

“和旁边的Hyatt Place相比 酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施 比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。 真心无语”

“Room was great...large and terrific views. We've stayed here before and some things need attention. Shower bars and rack were both loose. Some maintenance needed in elevators, too. But overall, it's a great place. Free breakfast is quite large and the area to eat it is very stylish. Would be nice to have some chicken or turkey bacon in the buffet.”

“Overall, this is a very well-kept hotel. The room was spacious and attractive. The breakfast in the morning is a nice added benefit. There are few amenities in the rooms--no shower cap, bottled water, or extra pillows. When we returned late at night from a very long day, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. We mentioned this at the front desk and were told we had to request maid service. I have never seen this in any hotel anywhere, and there were cleaning carts in the hall right……
