“I stayed at a hotel on a cold day, and when I complained because the room was cold, they said the main heater was broken and they were fixing it and there was no heater. I had no choice but to endure it, but it was too cold... I checked that there was a room in another hotel right next door, and it was warm, so I paid more and tried to move, but the heater stopped working an hour after I checked in, and it was too cold and I said I would check out, and only then did they say the heater was……

“The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets. Even right up till check out. They arranged our airport transfer without a problem. I will definitly return here and will recommend it to my colleagues. Congratulations and well done. “When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. ”
