“We had an issue with our first room the first night. The lock to the door did not work, and then we noticed that the additional door lock latch was completely broken. It was too late to move our entire family so we just put our luggage and a chair up against the front door. The recessed lights in the ceiling were also separated from the ceiling and dangling 2-3 inches. Went to the front desk the next morning and they immediately moved us rooms and comped us for the first night. Everything else……

“Upon arriving for check in the staff were friendly and helpful at valet and the front desk. The room sink kept making weird sounds and had a sewer smell lingering from it. There were a few hairs lying around on the table in the bathroom. This property was walkable and convenient to places I had to visit. The price was not worth the stay.”
